...but what about Kahlan?
I've always pronounced it as Caw-Luhn, but in the abomination(aka the show) it was pronounced Kei-lin.

Actually Terry Goodkind precised how to pronounce "kahlan" (tv show is right, its Kai-lan"), but I dont know about the rest
Kai-lan? Hmm. I usually went with Ka-lan. As for the rest I went with:
The audio books are fairly consistant on pronunciation.
That being said I am currently listening to the Nicci Chronicles and the narrator is hammering some of the names that previous narrators used. Argh
