Caldus was one of the village elders of the Mud People.
Biography[]
Caldus was amongst the village elders who refused to grant a gathering for Richard Rahl during his quest to defeat Darken Rahl. However, Richard returned the lives and honor of the elders after Siddin was almost killed by spirits summoned by the Night Stone. Caldus then confirmed Richard and Kahlan as Mud People and took part in the gathering that Richard requested.
Caldus was also one of the elders that took part in a later gathering requested by Richard.
