The Chainfire Trilogy is the name given to the final three books in the Sword of Truth series; Chainfire, Phantom, and Confessor.

The events of the trilogy follow the ignition of the Chainfire spell by the "free" Sisters of the Dark upon Kahlan Amnell, causing everyone except a number of 'anomalies' in the world to forget her as soon as they see her, as well as erasing all former memories of her from everyone's mind, including her own.
