The Minister of Culture's estate was a large building outside of Fairfield that housed the Minister of Culture, his family, and various advisors. The estate also contained a large number of servants and many of the official banquets of Anderith were held there. When Jagang and his army marched into Fairfield and occupied the area for a time, Jagang personally took up residence in this building.
