Phoebe

Phoebe was a Sister of the Light and was one of Verna's dearest friends while growing up. She was one of two of the Prelate's administrator's appointed by Verna, after she became Prelate. Phoebe became one of the gifted who traveled with the D'Haran Army so as to protect them from the gifted forces of the Imperial Order.

Phoebe was an attractive, round faced woman. She was once very similar in terms of maturity with Verna, however after Verna's twenty year journey, the two had much less in common, although their friendship did not waver.
Phoebe was easily excitable and because she had spent her life at the Palace of the Prophets originally feared the consequences of aging, though her friend Verna helped her with this.
