Stein

Stein was an Imperial Order emmisary sent to Anderith to persuade them to join the Order. He wore a cape of human scalps, and participated in the rape of Beata. He helped Serin Rajak kill Franca Gowenlock, and stole her scalp. After one of his troops delivered the Sword of Truth (weapon) to him, he went to taunt Dalton Campbell about having his wife. Dalton killed him for this, and for what he had done to his friend, Franca.
